Before shipping any items, sellers must review this agreement to understand their rights and responsibilities. As Buyback Medical acts as an intermediary, it does not control market fluctuations, and prices may change accordingly.
By proceeding to the Sell Items Here page, sellers agree to the following terms:
Age Requirement – The seller must be at least 18 years old.
Accurate Listings – The seller agrees to ship only the diabetic supplies listed in the order. Any discrepancies may result in price adjustments upon inspection.
No Government Assistance Supplies – The seller confirms that the diabetic supplies being sold were not obtained through government programs.
Ownership and Legality – All items being sold must be legally owned by the seller. Buyback Medical does not purchase stolen products, and if any item is found to be stolen, compensation will not be provided, and local authorities will be notified.
Condition-Based Pricing – Buyback Medical reserves the right to offer a lower payout for damaged products, in accordance with the product descriptions on the website.
Finalized Payments – Once an electronic payment is processed through Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, PayPal, bank transfer, or check, it cannot be reversed. If incorrect payment details are provided, it is the seller’s responsibility to resolve the issue with the respective payment provider, as Buyback Medical is not liable for reimbursement.
Check Errors – If a check needs to be canceled and reissued due to misspelled names, incorrect addresses, or typos in the seller’s submitted order form, the seller is responsible for a $30.00 cancellation fee.
